£5 could help us to update our information hub with essential information to help people who may be feeling anxious or isolated to manage their mental health.
£10 could help Mental Health UK recruit volunteers to help moderate Clic, so members can feel welcome, listened to, and supported throughout their session
£30 could allow us to promote an online support group on social media, connecting people who are feeling isolated and may be experiencing mental health problems for the first time.
£50 could help us to give practical and personalised advice to those calling us to help them to get the best support to feel less isolated.
Choose the amount you’d like to give. No matter how small your donation will help us bring life-changing support to people who need it
Help us to reach more people like Rose so we can make sure no one has to face a mental health challenge alone.
– Rose, Clic member
"Clic allows me to say how I feel. Sometimes you find it difficult to speak to the family as they want to help but the condition can be upsetting for them too. You can also speak to people with similar circumstances. It is also nice to offer help and advice to others. I was recommended a book for example. It is also nice to have people acknowledge how you feel even if there is no advice. Everyone on site is very friendly - including the Clic volunteers"
