Cardiff – Neville Street Young People’s project

Based at the Neville Street Community Centre in Cardiff, our Welsh partner charity Adferiad Recovery, work with young people several times a week outside of school hours. These young people often don’t meet the criteria to access formal services but they are struggling with every day life, maintaining their wellbeing and are at risk of worsening mental health and social isolation. Through 1-2-1 and group sessions, the young people are supported to understand their situation, what matters to them and how they can use the skills their already possess to overcome their personal challenges, build relationships with others and achieve goals that they set themselves.
