Inverary House – giving people experiencing homelessness and poor mental health a good start
Location: East Belfast, Northern Ireland
Inverary House is a homeless hostel based in East Belfast which provides safe accommodation and support for individuals with mental health problems. The service aims to encourage residents to develop a more independent lifestyle and to prepare for living in the community. The funds you raise will allow Inverary House to refresh its communal areas, and create a more homely, welcoming environment for residents. It will also allow for the creation of Welcome Packs containing toiletries, informational literature and practical items like crockery and cutlery. This will enable service users – many of whom have come directly from rough sleeping – to have a good start to their support journey.
