Northampton and Nottinghamshire – support into the community

Impact Assertive Transit are part of a collaborative of partners working with forensic clients to ensure clients have a smooth transition from low/medium secure wards back into the community. Working alongside Nottinghamshire NHS, St Andrew (Northampton) and Framework (Substance Misuse Service) their goal is to provide a seamless transition within the clients’ recovery journey and to provide them with the tools they need to help maintain their lives back in the community. 

Funds raised would support team building activities. The teams are reshaping and growing , operating both in the office and out in the community from different locations across the three counties (due to become 5).  Team building is critical at this time to ensure the excellent staff are retained and provided with a continued sense of support.
