Switch – supporting young people using substances

Location: Bridgend, Wales

Switch is a young person’s substance use service offering free and confidential advice, information and support to young people aged 11-25. It supports those who are using and those who are affected by someone else’s use (hidden harm), e.g. a parent, family member, carer or friend. Switch aims to reduce the risk and harm caused by substance use, helping people to make safe and informed choices. Fundraising will be used to continue providing professional support and to make the project a warm and welcoming environment where young people can feel safe in attending.
