FAQ’s (from the organiser…)

IS THERE A BAG DROP?

Yes, and more details will be released nearer to the event.

IS THERE A CUT OFF TIME?

Yes, after 4 hours the roads will re-open and runners will be asked to continue on the pavement.

HOW WILL MY TIME BE RECORDED?

Your time will be recorded with UHF Chip technology. Your finish time will be texted to you after crossing the finish line and will be available on the London Landmarks Half Marathon website.

CAN I USE HEADPHONES TO LISTEN TO MY MUSIC DURING THE LLHM?

We strongly discourage the use of any equipment that acts as an impediment to hearing or concentration when competing. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile telephones, personal stereos and MP3 players. We cannot be responsible for accidents resulting from taking part with such equipment. We will have the most fantastic entertainment lined up on the route that you won’t want to miss.

WILL THERE BE PACERS?

Yes, there will be pacers across a variety of average speeds in some of the waves.

CAN I RUN IN FANCY DRESS?

Yes you can – we love to see runners in fancy dress! Please be aware of the cut off times to ensure that your fancy dress outfit will not impair your ability to complete the course in this time.

CAN I TAKE PART IN MY WHEELCHAIR?

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to accommodate wheelchair athletes but this is something that we are hoping to introduce in subsequent years.

The positive impact the group has had on me is huge. I don’t feel so isolated any more. If the support had not been available I would still be facing depression and loneliness, unable to look after myself and over-thinking things.
