Mental Health Awareness Week Skydive Day

Join #TeamMHUK and take part in a 10,000-foot freefall parachute jump in aid of Mental Health UK during Mental Health Awareness Week 2021. Challenge yourself to help people across the UK affected by mental health problems.

We are looking for people from all over the country to make a sponsored 10,000 feet freefall parachute jump during Mental Health Awareness Week 2021! Everyone at the airfield that day will be taking part in the challenge in support of Mental Health UK.

We’re recommending you raise a minimum of £450 to cover the cost of the skydive and provide a donation to Mental Health UK. Every extra pound that you raise over the minimum comes straight to the charity, so please try to raise as much as you possibly can!

In order to resume skydiving and return to the skies, Skyline have put new Covid-19 measures in place in accordance with the latest government guidance. You can read these in the The Return to Skydiving document below.

Skyline specialises in organising fundraising events for charities. If you have any questions please call them on 020 7424 5522.

Once you’ve registered our friendly fundraising team will be in touch to support you on your fundraising journey. You can expect:

  • Free fundraising toolkit with tips and ideas to push you to the finish line
  • Branded merchandise to help you with your fundraising
  • Mental Health UK t-shirt so you can proudly represent us at your event
  • Regular email updates with all the information you’ll need
  • A friendly team to support you all the way

Top tip for reaching your fundraising target.

Organise a fundraising event at work or with friends as soon as you join #TeamMHUK. Fundraising for #TeamMHUK is a reason to do something fun. It could be a cheese and wine night, a film screening at your house or a BBQ where people make a donation to come along. Run a raffle, or a sweepstake during the event and you will be surprised at just how much you can raise.

Remember that whatever money you raise will really make a difference to our work and people’s lives.

The positive impact the group has had on me is huge. I don’t feel so isolated any more. If the support had not been available I would still be facing depression and loneliness, unable to look after myself and over-thinking things.
