Protect student mental health during the covid-19 pandemic
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, young people across the country are facing unprecedented uncertainty and this is impacting their mental health. University campuses and GP surgeries are closed, and for many students, this is a worrying time. Help us to ensure students get the mental health information they need digitally.
We have created a printed guide, ‘How does it feel on the inside?’, which is distributed to GP surgeries across the UK. This has been turned into an online version, enabling more people to access the information they need. Together these guides outline the most common mental health problems, help to bust misconceptions and offer practical information on where to seek help.
Due to lockdown measures, those seeking help are unable to access face-to-face or printed information about mental health. We want to support as many of the 2.4 million students in the UK as possible to access the mental health information they need during this difficult time. Help us to use our existing digital channels to make this possible today.
We need £24,000 to make this happen. Please donate today.
