Support Mental Health UK

How will you help communities prosper in 2022?

In 2022, we’re calling on Lloyds Banking Group colleagues to rally for our final year of partnership. Do something epic to support Mental Health UK, so we can provide vital mental health services and help communities prosper.

We have a variety of ways you can get involved – from gentle City Walks to welcome the Spring, to adrenaline-fuelled skydives and triple challenges. Build your bonds by taking on a challenge as a team, or do it solo – and meet some life long friends along the way.

I’m always astounded by how much colleagues can do – I’ve trekked across Cambodia with some amazing people, jumped 15,000 feet from a plane with others and soon to be foraging for wild food with even more! We can all play a small part – raising money or even just raising awareness – it all helps!

I will Walk the Talk in Leeds to fundraise for MHUK, and I will continue to reduce stigma, increase understanding and empower wellbeing at every opportunity!

On New Years Day I decided to think about what I can do to improve my mental health during 2022. I created this list which is now pinned to my kitchen notice board and a reminder to the family.
