Why do we need your help?

In the UK, 1 in 4 people experience a mental health condition every year and this number is increasing. 75% of mental illness starts before a person’s 18th birthday. Young people are not receiving the mental health support they need.

These challenges don’t live in isolation, they create difficulties throughout all of someone’s life, including managing money and finding work.

Our programmes are tailored specifically to meet the urgent challenges we face:

  • Teaching young people the skills they need to manage their mental health.
  • Providing support for people facing financial and mental health difficulties.
  • Providing holistic and long-term assistance to help people struggling with their mental health find and maintain fulfilling employment.

But to deliver these life-changing programmes, we need your support — we need to face the challenges at hand together. We’re asking you to unite with us to shape a world where everyone has the tools to live their best possible lives at home, school and work.

From just £5 a month, you could help make this vision a reality.
