Join #TeamMentalHealthUK, conquer 50km and help fundraise for people affected by mental health problems.

This trek is just £20 to register for our early bird offer so what are you waiting for, sign up today!

Following an overnight stay on 7 June, an early start and a hearty breakfast the next day will put us in good stead for the 7-9 hours of trekking ahead. We will take in some beautiful coastal scenery and also venture inland, witnessing sections where the landscape serves up vast Iron Age hill forts, chalk figures, fairy-tale castles and incredible stately homes. This epic challenge will finish when we reach the seaside town of Weymouth, with its sandy shores dotted by colourful beach huts and backed by Georgian houses.

(Included in your registration is a one-night stay, breakfast, lunch and snack-points)

For more information, visit the Adventurous Ewe website or download the Trek Guide.

Top tip for reaching your fundraising target

Organise a fundraising event at work or with friends as soon as you join #TeamMentalHealthUK!

Fundraising for Mental Health UK is a reason to do something fun. It could be a cheese and wine night, a film screening at your house, or a BBQ where people make a donation to come along. Run a raffle or a sweepstake during the event and you’ll be surprised at just how well you can do.

Remember, the money you raise will really make a difference and will enable us to support more people affected by mental health problems across the UK with our vital work and programmes.

The positive impact the group has had on me is huge. I don’t feel so isolated any more. If the support had not been available I would still be facing depression and loneliness, unable to look after myself and over-thinking things.

Read what some of our fundraisers have to say.

"I enjoyed seeing my fundraising increase on a weekly basis, the events that I organised pushed me out of my comfort zone, I talked to people about Mental Health in a way that I would never have done otherwise."

Louise Greenwood,

"I was totally elated when I crossed the line and so glad I’d given it a go!"

Helen Taylor

"Mental Health UK was a friendly partner to have. I received lots of motivational encouragement via email which maybe doesn’t sound like much but knowing people are rooting for you really helps"
