This event has already happened.

Celebrate the Spring in London with one of the city’s most unique challenge events.

The event is not your average half marathon! From cultural landmarks and heritage to the city’s quirky and hidden secrets, runners get to explore the capital on a route like no other! An amazing atmosphere, with many different outfits, lots of music, bands and singing. Last year saw over 300 charities benefit and we are so proud to be part of 2024’s event.

Throughout the event, runners will see different historical re-enactments and historic characters all pertaining to London’s history. It won’t be a stretch to say you will see Henry 8th, suffragettes, pearly kings and queens alongside rock and steel bands!

The race starts by The Strand, finishes by Downing Street and has fabulous views of London’s most iconic landmarks including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column, the Gherkin, the Shard, the Tower of London and the London Eye.

There are free guided history tours for spectators and treasure hunts for children, so whether you are running or watching, it is a GREAT day out for the family!

You will have 4 hours to complete the event so please be sure you can do this before registering.

The positive impact the group has had on me is huge. I don’t feel so isolated any more. If the support had not been available I would still be facing depression and loneliness, unable to look after myself and over-thinking things.

"I was totally elated when I crossed the line and so glad I’d given it a go!"

Helen Taylor

"Mental Health UK was a friendly partner to have. I received lots of motivational encouragement via email which maybe doesn’t sound like much but knowing people are rooting for you really helps"
