Support teens throughout the academic year

It’s clear that young people aged 14-18 are facing a mental health crisis at school/college. With most long-term mental health problems beginning before a teen’s 18th birthday, they shouldn’t have to face mental health challenges alone. With your support, we can continue to produce workshops and guides through our ‘Bloom, programme to help teens learn vital tools and build resilience.

With your help we can...

We can continue to fund the UK’s largest free teen support programme, Bloom, which helps equip young people with the tools and knowledge to maintain and improve their mental health.

We can deliver educational materials to parents, teachers, and teens about mental health and where to seek help.

We can help you support your teen through our parenting hub on Clic, a community support forum for parents and carers.

Every one of your donations could help us support more teens every day

a gift of £5 could fund a single workshop for a student, equipping them with essential mental health tools and knowledge needed to navigate this academic year

a gift of £10 could buy 3 teens guidebooks that will help them practice resilience building tools and techniques outside of the classroom, leading to a healthier, more balanced life

a gift of £30 could provide an entire exam stress workshop for 6 students, where they will learn the essential stress management tools that they can apply to their daily lives

a gift of £50 could enable five teens to take part in our 8-week programme, giving them the vital self-help tools they need to cope with studying, friendships and workload

Josue talks about our Bloom workshops

“Bloom wasn’t just mental health. It was about how to deal with exam stress and social pressures. It was about how to alter your thoughts and how that can change everything.”

Watch the video to see Josue, a student of Leeds City College, talk about how the helpful tips and skills they picked up from our Bloom workshops improved their mental resilience.

Watch our series of videos based on the mental health resilience workshops from our young people’s programme, and use the downloadable worksheets to help your child review the tool.
