  • Walk in the footsteps of legendary explorers through traditional villages, riverside trails and rugged terrain.

  • Reach Everest Base Camp at the foot of the world’s tallest mountain, a monumental moment you’ll never forget.

  • Ascend Kala Patthar for unparalleled panoramic views of Everest and the surrounding peaks.

  • Acclimatise gently and safely, with expert support along the way.

This challenge has been graded extreme, and requires dedication and preparation, but with the right training and support, it’s an achievable and deeply rewarding goal.

The positive impact the group has had on me is huge. I don’t feel so isolated any more. If the support had not been available I would still be facing depression and loneliness, unable to look after myself and over-thinking things.
