may be feeling anxious to manage their mental health
£10 could help us answer a call to our advice and information line, supporting someone in
need of mental health support
£20 could allow 50 people access to the Mental Health and Money Advice website where
they can find support and resources to improve their financial and mental health
£30 could help us promote an online support group on Clic, connecting people who may be
feeling isolated or experiencing a mental health crisis for the first time
£50 could provide materials for art therapy sessions, helping people relax and build new
