How Bloom helped us to take notice of our resilience

Our young people’s programme, Bloom equips people aged 14 to 18 with the tools and knowledge to build their resilience, so they can better maintain their mental health through life’s transitions.

Delivered for free in schools and colleges across the UK, Bloom leaves young people with a suite of resources they can draw on through their life, to adapt to times of change and difficulty in a mentally healthy way.

Speaking to Emily and Daniel from Wakefield College, we learnt how enabled them to notice of their own coping strategies and ability to manage change, and in turn helped them feel empowered. You can hear about their positive experience of Bloom in the video below.

If you’re connected to a school – either through your own children, through work or through your networks – and would like your school to sign up to Bloom, you can find out more on our Bloom training page.
