Thank you for taking part in Glow!

Getting our Glow on for World Mental Health day

On the eve of World Mental Health Day (Saturday 9 October), nearly 200 amazing people turned up in Trafalgar Square, to walk 20km into the night, through the glowing streets of London to raise awareness for mental health. You can find out more about the event here.

The group had already raised £17,000 between them and we were all determined to reach the £20,000 mark by the following week. Which we did, thanks to you!

Thank you ever so much I could not have done it without the help from your amazing team. I felt so powerful and I still do. Glow has changed my life it's given me value, purpose and identity.

I will never doubt myself, my husband cried with me all the way home. His exact words "I have my wife back". My daughter very proudly took my medal to school and told her class about Mental Health UK and what World Mental Health Day is and how lots of people helped my mummy be a winner.
